Meta-Earth is takes place on Earth-108 and the Original Generation's Multiverse...

This Earth shares most of the history of the real Earth's mainstream continuity as reality, but until 1993 there were no superheroes or supervillains. That year, the 5 year old Billy Batson, moved to OC where he met the wizard SHAZAM, an army captain, who would later become his caretaker. He would then become a member of the "OGs" also known as the "Original Generation" (of superheroes and villains). This set in motion events which culminate into Captain Marvel changing his alignment from Good to Evil and initiating World War SHAZAM (WWZ) that began in 2012 and has continued into the present day.

Shazam has taken over his Earth-108 and has risen to unimaginable levels of power with his personal and endless army of mythological beasts and deities. It is up to you to stop him using all you can in the metaphysical and monomythical.

You play the role of an ordinary human being without any superpowers and/or abilities. During the course of the game you will befriend characters from classical mythology and organized religion who can aid you on your quest to save Earth-108 and all the Earths from Captain Shazam and other threats in order to restore the world order and harmony for the entire cosmos. You will also meet some characters from the "Codex", an assortment of stories with archetypes and personas which survive us all, and the Public Domain Superheroes (PDS) guild, some of whom have decided to join Evil Shazam and become real warlords, taking possession of the world itself.
